Pastor Rob MacCallum is compelled by a vision to see people fully engaged in the mission God has called us to of making disciples.
His desire is to equip and invest in anyone God brings around him so they may better understand how God wants to do great things through them.
Ministry roles in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and New Brunswick have all included great seasons and challenging moments. I have many hidden skills that started at an early age, and to my knowledge, I still hold the record for holding your breath in church as a 10 year old.
Of all the things I've been able to do in ministry, I still enjoy conflict the least and watching someone grow in faith the most.
Passion for healthy parenting and taking the journey with people to help them become builders of God's Kingdom is what gets me out of bed in the morning.

We meet every Sunday at 10:30 am for Family Worship. Our church is located at 1185 Sunnyside Road in Kingston, Ontario.
Our building is fully accessible with accessible washrooms on both levels. Hearing assists are available at the sound booth at the back of the sanctuary.
Our Sunday service includes our elementary and teenage family members. During our service we include a Kids Video Moment for elementary kids. After the Video Moment, elementary age children go together to our Kid Zone environment.
Our Cabin Kids YouTube Channel and Cabin Kids Facebook Page parallel the Sunday morning teaching so parents can have conversations with their children and pass their faith on to the next generation.

Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
As a church, we choose to value these things as we pursue our vision and mission:
God has spoken to us through the Bible and we recognize it as the final authority for our lives.
God desires an intimate relationship with each one of us.
God's message of forgiveness through Christ is most effectively conveyed within the context of personal relationships.
Accountability, belonging, care, and spiritual growth happen best with relationally connected believers.
Our spiritual gifts have maximum impact when exercised in healthy action.
Kingston Standard Church finds its roots in Methodist theology and its founder John Wesley.
In 1918, Reverend J.G. Nussey held tent revival meetings in McBurney Park, which led to the Kingston Standard Society being formed. Later that year the Kingston Standard Church began.
In 1975 construction began at the corner of Sydenham Road and Sunnyside Road. Then, in 2003, the Kingston Standard Church, along with the Standard Church of America, voted to merge with the Central Canada District of The Wesleyan Church.
We look to the days ahead with great excitement and expectancy of how God will continue to use us to influence the people around us to be all God has called them to be.

The Wesleyan Church is praying to become a movement—a Kingdom Force—in order to see lives, churches and communities changed.
Fifty-seven churches make up the Central Canada District of The Wesleyan Church, with a geographic range extending from Quebec to British Columbia.
The summer is full of camps for children, teens, adults and families, including age-appropriate activities, worship, crafts and lots of opportunity to build relationships with God and others.
World Hope Canada works with some of the poorest people in the world, and the good news is that we can make a tremendous difference in their lives.
